Garrett County is reshaping rural medicine, one citizen at a time.

In the mountaineering spirit, our health professionals pioneer treatments and preventive care programs that advance modern medicine. As a small community with a huge social conscience, we strive to provide affordable, comprehensive care to every citizen.

Whether you seek care at Garrett Regional Medical Center, a proud affiliate of WVU Medicine, Mountain Laurel Medical Center, a federally-funded health care clinic, well patient programs, or public health services, we nurture health at every age and stage.
