County Business Property Tax Incentive Program
The Board of Commissioners implemented the County Business Property Tax Incentive Program for new and expanding businesses.
Agriculture Marketing Grant Program
This program is to aid in the promotion of agriculture-based businesses located in Garrett County.
Outdoor Dining Grant Program
This program assists for-profit businesses to fund up to 90% of the costs associated with offering outdoor dining.
Small Business Marketing Grant Programs (1 - 25 employees)
For businesses with 1 to 25 employees or for businesses with 26-75 employees, these programs aid in the promotion of small, non-agriculture-based businesses located in Garrett County.
Discretionary Incentives
Garrett County may also offer discretionary incentives to new and expanding businesses on a case-by-case basis.
