The Tri-State Growth & Commerce Coalition (TGCC) and its Education & Workforce Development Work Group invite businesses to participate in its comprehensive Workforce Needs Survey, designed to directly inform educational programming and workforce development initiatives across our region.
Why Your Participation Matters
As a business leader in our tri-state region, your insights about workforce challenges, skill needs, and hiring projections are invaluable. This survey is intended to gather critical regional data that will:
- Directly influence curriculum development at Frostburg State University and our regional community colleges
- Help align educational offerings with actual business needs
- Give employers a better understanding of workforce needs throughout the region
- Inform regional strategies to attract and retain workers
- Identify common challenges that might benefit from collaborative solutions
