Tech at the Gap Celebrates 10 Years of Innovation and Technology

Technology, innovation and cybersecurity will take center stage this fall as Tech at the Gap returns to Rocky Gap Casino Resort on Thursday, October 15th, 2026, for its 10th annual conference.

The 2026 conference will bring together technology professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and other professionals for conversations focused on the rapidly changing digital landscape. This year’s theme, “The Age of Disruption,” will explore how artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and emerging technologies are reshaping businesses and communities.

The conference will feature keynote presentations from two nationally recognized technology leaders: Terry Jones, founder of Travelocity and founding chairman of Kayak, and Eva Galperin, director of cybersecurity at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and an internationally recognized advocate for digital privacy and cybersecurity.

Jones will share insights drawn from his experience building and leading innovative technology companies, with a focus on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, innovation and navigating disruption. Galperin will address cybersecurity, digital privacy and online safety, offering perspectives on the evolving threats and challenges associated with an increasingly connected world.

In addition to the keynote presentations, Tech at the Gap will feature breakout sessions, panels, workshops and case studies addressing topics including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, innovation, leadership, digital transformation and the future of work.

The event will be held at Rocky Gap Casino Resort, providing attendees with opportunities to connect and network while enjoying the scenic setting of Western Maryland. The venue is located alongside Lake Habeeb and offers access to Rocky Gap State Park’s 3,000 acres of public land.

With technology continuing to transform the way businesses operate, communicate and compete, Tech at the Gap offers an opportunity for regional professionals to learn from industry experts, explore emerging trends and build connections with others working at the forefront of innovation.

Early bird tickets are available through August 31, 2026, for $135.23. Ticket prices increase to $161.90 beginning September 1. The conference ticket provides access to all in-person content and programming, with lunch included.
