Garrett County Business Development is sponsoring the 2025 Western Maryland Food Council Conference to be held November 15, 2024, beginning at 9 AM. This will be a hybrid conference. Individuals can attend online via Zoom or in-person at one of three convenient locations:
- Garrett College, GIEC Room 111, 687 Mosser Road, McHenry, MD 21541
- Allegany College of Maryland, Room CE 12-14, 12404 Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, MD 21502
- Washington County Extension Office, Meeting Room, 7303 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713
The conference will feature guest speakers, local expert panel discussions, and breakout room discussions for participants.
The registration fee is $35.
The conference is open to anyone actively engaged in or concerned about the food system. Join the Western Maryland Food Council as it works to improve and integrate all aspects of the food system to sustain and enhance the social, nutritional, economic, and environmental health of Western Maryland.
